Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Welcome to the website of Matt’s Event Planner Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, or using any website features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern use of our website and online content. They do not replace any Event Services Agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement entered into between Matt’s Event Planner Corp. and a client.

1. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Information provided on this website is intended for general informational, promotional, and planning purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current; however, services, packages, pricing, inventory, availability, photographs, descriptions, and other information may change without notice.

Website content does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of services.

2. PRICING & PACKAGES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on our website are starting or reference prices only.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

  • Event date and location
  • Guest count
  • Venue requirements
  • Design complexity
  • Selected décor and rentals
  • Floral selections
  • Labor requirements
  • Delivery and pickup requirements
  • Setup and breakdown conditions
  • Customization
  • Inventory and supplier availability
  • Additional services requested by the client

Website packages may be customized, modified, upgraded, or otherwise adjusted according to the client’s event requirements.

A final price will be determined through an official proposal, estimate, invoice, or Event Services Agreement.

3. AVAILABILITY

All services, décor, rental inventory, floral selections, structures, colors, materials, and event dates are subject to availability.

Displaying an item, service, package, or date on our website does not guarantee its availability for a particular event.

Matt’s Event Planner Corp. reserves the right to substitute or recommend comparable items when necessary because of inventory, supplier, seasonal, venue, safety, or other reasonable limitations.

4. INQUIRIES DO NOT RESERVE AN EVENT DATE

Submitting a contact form, consultation request, questionnaire, wishlist, quote request, email, text message, social media message, or other inquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve or guarantee an event date.

Participating in a consultation or receiving a proposal or estimate also does not, by itself, reserve a date.

An event date is considered reserved only after all booking requirements established by Matt’s Event Planner Corp. have been completed, including execution of the applicable agreement and receipt of the required retainer or payment.

Until those requirements are completed, availability may change and the requested date may be booked by another client.

5. PHOTOS, DESIGNS & INSPIRATION IMAGES

Photographs, videos, renderings, mockups, inspiration images, previous events, and design examples displayed on this website are intended to demonstrate our work, capabilities, style, or potential design concepts.

They do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

Final designs may vary due to venue dimensions, lighting, event layout, available inventory, seasonal products, floral availability, materials, supplier availability, client selections, safety requirements, and artistic interpretation.

6. CUSTOM DESIGNS

Event décor is often customized for individual clients.

Design concepts, layouts, renderings, proposals, custom graphics, signage concepts, and other creative materials prepared by Matt’s Event Planner Corp. may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or provided to another vendor for reproduction without our permission.

7. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, website content belonging to Matt’s Event Planner Corp., including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, text, designs, layouts, branding, and original promotional materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without prior authorization from Matt’s Event Planner Corp., except as permitted by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & SERVICES

Our website may contain links or integrations involving third-party websites or services, including scheduling, payment, social media, mapping, financing, communication, or other platforms.

Matt’s Event Planner Corp. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, performance, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by the applicable provider.

9. WEBSITE ERRORS & TECHNICAL ISSUES

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, outdated information, technical errors, or other website mistakes.

We may modify, update, suspend, or remove website content or functionality without notice.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. LIMITATION OF WEBSITE LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matt’s Event Planner Corp. shall not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from reliance on general website information, website interruptions, technical problems, third-party websites, or information that has subsequently been changed or updated.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT CONTROLS

These Website Terms & Conditions govern use of this website.

Actual event services are governed by the applicable signed proposal, Event Services Agreement, invoice, or other written agreement between Matt’s Event Planner Corp. and the client.

If website information conflicts with the terms of a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to that client’s event and services.
